Volunteer at the SWOT & Order™ Summit
October 14–15, 2025 | Online | Noon–6 PM EST Daily
The SWOT & Order™ Summit brings together business leaders, strategists, and innovators for two days of powerful talks and interactive sessions. To make the event run smoothly, we’re seeking dedicated volunteers to help support speakers, manage the flow of sessions, and create an engaging experience for attendees.
Volunteer Roles:
- Speaker Host → Introduce a speaker at the beginning of their session.
- Session Moderator → Stay in the room during the session, monitor the chat, and provide time cues.
- Speaker Connector → Coordinate a quick connection with your assigned speaker before the event (by phone, text, or social) to ensure they’re comfortable with the format.
- Next Speaker Transition → After your speaker finishes, introduce the volunteer who will host the next speaker (to keep the flow smooth).
- Tech Support Helper → Watch for audio or screen-share issues and alert the tech team if needed.
- Room Greeter → Welcome attendees into the session, remind them of community guidelines, and answer quick questions in chat.
